Privacy

Your wallet address, because it is your account. The orders you create, including the token, the amount and the transaction that paid for them. The cards issued to you, so we can show them back to you. An email address only if you choose to add one.

No name, date of birth, address or identity document is required to use Fade, so none is collected. We never see or store your private keys or seed phrase, and we cannot move funds from your wallet. Signing in costs no gas and authorises no transaction.

Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes are not stored by us. When you reveal a card those details are fetched at that moment and passed to your browser, and are not written to our database.

Only the cardholder name and the amount needed to create or top up a card leave our systems. Public blockchain data is, by nature, public: anyone can see payments made to our treasury address, including yours.

Ask us and we will delete your account record and order history. On-chain transactions cannot be deleted by anyone, including us.
